VECTOR LOUNGE - DRAW YOUR OWN LINE! Are you ready for a new challenge?
The battle has a long tradition with its indispensable cheering, sweating, fighting until time is up. For Vector Lounge, as the creative and digital ambassador and the legacy of battle tradition a new era has just begun.
The international graphic battle Vector Lounge announces the kick-off of its new series "DRAW YOUR OWN LINE!" for 2011: starting on 19th of May in Paris and Copenhagen Vector Lounge comes up with a unique concept, the One-on-One art team battle taking place in two cities simultaneously. In collaboration with “New Era” the events are supposed to happen live and analogue, screened in front of the local audience such as digital and online via broadcast and online archive. Picture this: the four creative hotspots and European capitals Copenhagen, Paris, Berlin and London set up their teams with four local artists, illustrators or graphic designers to battle their styles One-on-One on digital graph pads within 30 minutes. Every drawn line and each creative second can be watched and marveled by fans and followers - a rare interactive experience for artists and audience! From eight resulting pieces of art one will be the chosen winner of each city battle. Attending to each battle New Era will launch an exclusive limited Artist Edition of caps for each city.
