The African Wild Dogs. An incredible effective predator, boasting an 80% success rate with hunts; compare to 30% rate of lions. The success largely due to their high intelligence, teamwork and communication skills. They adapt quickly to changing scenarios during a hunt. The social structure of a wild dog pack is fascinating. They almost never fight amongst themselves due to a strict ranking system. When a dog becomes ill, injured or old, the rest of the pack cares for and feed them.
