honestly my experience w tricho has always been awful and emotionally distressing but i’ve been pull-free on my scalp for a couple of months now and today i just realized the results of that and it’s really really good!!!
ofc i’m not 100% pull-free but i’m getting to a point where i will be in the future and after more than a decade of tricho i’m glad to celebrate this victory and the prospect of being completely pull-free someday. one day :>
