Things to teach to a dog?

Im running out of things to teach Jasmine. She picks up on things really fast but also gets super bored really quick. Also Ive been sticking to things that have a purpose, like sit, stay, etc pretty basic stuff. Do you guys have any recommendations on things to tech her that are useful and not just tricks? 

Things she has already learned:

lay down ( working on removing hand signal)

stay ( even when things are thrown)

comeback ( even if youre looking for something like the ball)

she gives both paws based on which hand you ask with

go lay down ( on her mat/bed) 

Working on leash manners ( almost perfect a few things to work out) 

Speak ( gotta work her up a lot though)

She knows a few of her toys by name and will get them if you ask

idk this seems like a short list and im sure ive left some things off but what are some new things i can start on to keep her brain working and have a use other than show?
