Finished the 2017 #ocr season with 10 races 150 ocr miles. I got my 2x #triffecta but really ran every course twice (not the #ultrabeast just a beast the next day) either prerun or sweep. @spartanrace @ruggedmaniac @bonefrog_ I turned 50 this year and feel better today then when I was 30. #fitover50 It's been my 3rd year in #ocr and it's a great community. Steped #outsidemycomfortzone doing races in the dark and logging 2 laps and many more. You're only as good as your last race. So time to box these up and work on 2018. I still need a a lot of work on upperbody
Ran #spartanracepalmerton sprint this am and then again later in the am. 10mi. 2600' it was beautiful at the summit on lap 1. #spartantace #ocr always a good challenge. (After running the course Saturday for 9 mi) earned my 1st #triffecta #mountainviwe #whyirun (at Blue Mountain Resort)
