Kali was walking back to her apartment. She preferred the hallways as it was easier to avoid people. Both human and supernatural. She hadn't fed in a few days when a smell hit her nose. She kept walking trying to refocus on her book. She felt a girl pass and she turned almost instantly. Kali gripped the girls arms and pulled her tight. She sank her fangs into the girls neck without hesitation. She gripped the girl tight against her. Next thing Kali knew she was holding a limp body. A faint heart beat still audible to her ears. "Fuck." She said wiping her mouth. She scooped the girl up and walked to her room laying her on the bed. @jessharper
