Hey! First of all I am new to Tumblr. I just wanna drop attention....most of Chris Evans' blogs has adult language specially using his portrayal of Ari. Even though they mentioned 18+ blog but still .... that's not an excuse. It's unethical. Even after having crush on him I had never imagined him below belt. I DON'T WIKE IT. Any solution for that, except ignoring?

Block the tags from those posts that are triggering for you, and same witj the blogs. That way they won't show up

why i don't block people unless they are harassing me

i've heard lot of people talking about how avoiging certain topics & blocking toxic/triggering people can be a good thing and i kind of agree but i almost never do it. it's because i'm risking living in my own bubble and i don't like knowing that certain ideas, even if they are toxic or triggering or whatever can't get to me. i feel like i will loose the ability to adequately response to these things if i don't have a contact with them. i'm not saying you should do the same but personally it helps me to get my argumentation better and keeps me in touch with reality

Tumblr and 4chan

According to a post I found on Tumblr, we apparently did something to the 4chan website. Two friends of mine have just told me that a few Tumblr users went on 4chan to educate them about feminism/raided 4chan. For the lols, I don't know. This needs to stop right now. I see that we did something wrong and this is all our fault. 4chan is raiding Tumblr because they, potentially, have more power and knowledge than us. They can do things not a lot of us can do. This is our fault for trying to do shit to 4chan. 4chan users won't stop. They are retaliating. If we could have left them alone, none of this would be happening. Of course, they could have at least listened to us instead raiding our tags. They could have left us alone or ignored us. They should not have retaliated. Let's calm down for a moment. We've declared war on each other. It's stopping now. Right here, we can see both sides are at fault. Now leave each other alone because for God's sake, a lot of 4chan users are triggering Tumblr users more than they could have even done to the 4chan users. Tumblr users started it, 4chan users made it worse. This has got to stop. It is stopping right now. We've done enough shit to each other. Let. It. Fucking. Go.

okay serious question here

what can I tag certain posts that I reblog/make with that would prevent any of you from getting triggered? As in, what do you guys have in your blacklist thing that I should add to certain posts? One time I reblogged a post where things were rapidly flashing and someone anonymously messaged me asking me to tag those types of posts because it almost gave him/her an attack, but I don't know what to tag them with, so I just don't reblog them at all. I may reblog some depression/anxiety posts but nothing where it shows people with cuts or anything. I don't think I even really reblog many bloody things at all, but I guess it happens sometimes. So there's not really too many triggering things I post, but there definitely are some, especially now since I have an anon sending me pieces of her fic about a girl getting kidnapped. 

I really don't want any of my posts to trigger anyone, so can you guys give me some ideas on what types of posts I should be tagging what on? You can tell me anonymously, I just really need to know.
