It was the middle of the night and I was on way home from a really long rehearsal as I saw a familiar figure kind of tumbling into an alley. I stopped in my tracks and hesitated for a moment since my mind could have been trying to play tricks on me but in the end I hurried over and walked into the alley. I pulled my phone out and used my flashlight to see more and after taking a few steps inside the alley I saw a person sitting with their back leaned against the wall and their forehead on their knees.

“Hey are you okay?” I asked as I walked closer seeing that their clothes weren’t in a very good condition. I walked slowly, not wanting to scare the person sitting there. “I’m here to help if I can.” I added while I felt myself getting worried as I saw the bruises on their neck as I came closer.
