⟁GHOSTING IN THE HYPNOKINK SPACE AND WHAT TO DO
So you got ghosted. It sucks, it's shitty, and your feelings about it are 100% valid. Fuck that noise.
But now you're maybe stuck with some triggers or suggestions from a tist who pulled a vanishing act. Not ideal. Here's how to do some brain cleanup:
1. THE "MEH, IT'LL PROBABLY FADE" METHOD Often, if a trigger was only reinforced like once or twice? It's weak as hell. Your brain is good at spring cleaning. Without reinforcement, that shit often just... fades away on its own. Give it time.
2. DIY BRAIN EDITING (SELF-HYPNOSIS IS YOUR FRIEND) Get into your own head. Visualize the trigger as a thing - a button, a string, a shitty little gremlin - and just... yeet it. Deactivate it. Uninstall that crap. You have admin rights to your own brain.
3. USE THE COMMUNITY'S CLEAN-UP FILES You don't have to do it alone. Go find files specifically made to remove unwanted suggestions. It's like running a virus scan for your mind.
