Did a "modified" version of the #MurphChallenge today. Instead of 2 miles I ran 3 (that's what #TrainingPeaks said to do). 5 rounds: 20 Pull ups/inverted rows 40 Push ups 60 Squats More importantly gave a few bucks, some time and a little bit of sweat to a worthy cause. The heat was getting to me (it was more like a swim than a run) and the body was fatiguing with the workout but remembering what others have given up and sacrificed for so many made this challenge seem much easier. . . . . #MichaelMurphy #OperationRedWings #fitchicks #trihathlete #memorialday (at Powerhouse Racing)
