what is the fanciest/tastiest but still easily doable hot cocoa concoction you can come up with?

Skim milk but with a little cream, heat up the milk first before adding the powder, stir as you add the powder, then keep the liquid moving as you add whipped cream on top so that it makes a weird little pile
