The Gaulish New Year
A time when the year transitions from the Samos (light, summer) part of the year to the Giamos (dark, winter) part of the year.
For worshipping the liminal and cthonic deities gaining their power, for honoring the Ancestors.
I feel this is a holiday that is heavily associated with Carnonos because of his transitory, liminal, and gatekeeping as well as physcopomp properties.
He guides us in this life and to the next then back again, helping us move between and exist safely in the realms. He opens the gates for our souls to pass unhindered and guarded by Him, we are under His cloak as He walks us down the roads and to the gates. I feel that he is ever present to his devotees regardless of their residence here or the Otherworld.

Sucellos takes care of the Ancesors in His Great Hall with feasting and merriment, keeping them protected and joyful in His realm and Eternal Feast until they are ready to again depart to this world. He reunites family and loved ones and pets and lovers, and they sit beside each other at the table of the Otherworld.
Nantosuelta brings them peace and safety in their rest, after a day of liveliness and feasting, they retire to Her earthy chambers of comfort and warmth and She lays them down to sleep to prepare for another day of the Eternal Feast, just as She lays us down for sleep and helps us to be transported from life to afterlife to life again.
