I picked up this recipe from one of my fave bloggers Anna from Vivianna Does Makeup. I have to say it’s pretty straight forward to make and when these first come out of the oven they are a delicious, gooey mess… yum!
This recipe makes 12;
- 200g unsalted butter
- 300g caster sugar
- 1 large egg
- 275g self-raising flour
- 75g cocoa powder
- three BIG bars of chocolate (white, milk and dark)

Subway Style Triple Choc Cookies
Subway are no doubt the king of cookies, their chewy uncooked goodness just makes me go crazy so it's no surprise that I have tried a huge number of recipes to try replicate this goodness. To put it simply they all sucked...really bad and I ended up wasting a lot of time and money on ingredients for some average biscuits.
But search no more! I have found the best one and they are freaking incredible! Big point is to follow the recipe closely (aside from the dutch cocoa). They seem really uncooked but harden as they cool. Recipe HERE
This has got to be one of the strangest cravings I've ever had! Ice cream on toast.. just ate it, it is actually reallyy tastyy! It's also 1.40am.. LOL!
