FIRST TIME using a tripod for pictures when traveling solo! I used to just look around for something to set my phone against or ask other people to take a picture of me. This method usually resulted in blurry or awkward pictures. So I decided 2022 was going to be the year I said “f*ck it” and not care about being labeled an influencer in the wild (lol). On the first day of my trip, I definitely felt overwhelmed with setting up the tripod, maneuvering the camera, and the pressure to take the picture/video before anyone saw me. I think you can clearly tell from this picture that those feelings started to go away 🤣 Although I still felt a bit uncomfortable, I decided to just keep going and have fun with it! Just another reason why I love solo travel and all the ways it can get you out of your comfort zone.
