We really want to be more comfortable with talking and expressing our non-human existence. we are just nervous and have shame?? This is the first week that I have ever felt hated in the way that Jesus was hated. I've been called crazy, foolish, stupid, and naive all because of what I feel the cross compels me to do. It hurts. But... It is also bitter sweet. It makes me feel as if I am in the right path. That I am doing things the way he would have done them. Matthew 5:11-12 11 “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. John 15:18 18 "if they hate you, keep in mind that they hated me first." May I always be crazy for people, foolish for love, stupid about my own safety, and naive to the ways of the world. Take the world, but give me Jesus Christ.
Wonder what it must be like to have people actually want you in their life.
