H airtickets γίνεται μηχανή σύγκρισης τιμών αεροπορικών εισιτηρίων

Η airtickets παρά τα προβλήματα που προκάλεσε η οικονομική ασφυξία του Ομίλου Tripsta λόγω της δραστηριότητας στο εξωτερικό, σε συνδυασμό με τον διεθνή ανταγωνισμό και την κακόπιστη συμπεριφορά συγκεκριμένων συνεργατών, συνεχίζει την πορεία της εστιάζοντας στο νέο της μοντέλο. Αυτό επισημαίνει σε ανακοίνωσή της η Tripsta.

Η ανακοίνωση του Ομίλου

Η airtickets S.A. λειτουργεί κανονικά, έχοντας εξελιχθεί σε μηχανή σύγκρισης τιμών αεροπορικών εισιτηρίων. Σήμερα, αλλάζει σελίδα και δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους χρήστες της να βλέπουν ακόμη περισσότερα συγκριτικά αποτελέσματα και να επιλέγουν την καλύτερη τιμή, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες τους, ανάμεσα σε άλλα ταξιδιωτικά πρακτορεία.

Το νέο μοντέλο της airtickets σχεδιάστηκε από την εξειδικευμένη in-house ομάδα UI/UX, με στόχο να δημιουργήσει ένα φιλικό περιβάλλον περιήγησης και σύγκρισης τιμών, εφαρμόζοντας τις τελευταίες τεχνολογικές εξελίξεις. Μετά το πρώτο λανσάρισμα, η ομάδα συνεχίζει να εστιάζει στη λειτουργικότητα και στη βελτιστοποίηση του προϊόντος, εμπλουτίζοντάς το και ενσωματώνοντας νέους συνεργάτες.

Διαβεβαιώνουμε τους χρήστες μας ότι η airtickets συνεχίζει να βρίσκεται δίπλα στους Έλληνες ταξιδιώτες, με κεντρικό γνώμονα την παροχή ποικιλίας επιλογών σε ακόμα καλύτερες τιμές.

Tripsta - Airtickets: Ριζική αναδιάρθρωση και αναστολή έκδοσης νέων εισιτηρίων

Σε ριζική αναδιάρθρωση της λειτουργία της προχωρά η Tripsta, στον όμιλο της οποίας ανήκει η Airtickets, αναστέλλοντας προσωρινά την έκδοση μελλοντικών αεροπορικών εισιτηρίων.Όπως σημειώνεται σε σχετική ανακοίνωση της εταιρείας, είναι υποχρεωμένη να προβεί σε ριζική αναδιάρθρωση μετά την «άδικη, επιθετική και καταχρηστική συμπεριφορά» πολυεθνικών εταιρειών διαχείρισης συστημάτων κρατήσεων και διανομής εισιτηρίων, που αποστράγγισε αιφνίδια τα ταμειακά διαθέσιμα

Tripsta και Αirtickets προαναγγέλουν προσφυγή στη Δικαιοσύνη, ενώ διευκρινίζουν πως οι ιστότοποι των εταιρειών θα λειτουργούν κανονικά και τονίζουν πως συνεχίζουν να είναι σε πλήρη ισχύ τα εισιτήρια που έχουν εκδοθεί και οι κρατήσεις όλων των πελατών.

Message : Hi! I had a wonderful experience with Tripsta so far! About 6 months ago I stopped using your service because you accidentally charged me more money than you should and when I pointed this out to the Tripsta employee via email, I never heard back from you. So, I stopped using Tripsta. The last few days, I'm trying to unsubscribe from your annoying emails about "It s been a while since we last saw you." etc. All I get when I click on unsubscribe button, is a 404 to which you wonderfully attached a "Aw.. you seem to be lost!" tagline. No I wasn't, YOU were. So yeah, an amazing experience with Tripsta indeed.

I am happy to contact Tripsta via phone once again to ask for my 2 euros back and explain to various confused Tripsta empoyees that I get a 404 when I try to unsuscribe from your emailing list, since it’s clearly too much of a trouble to resolve this through this new thing called “The Internet”.
