Easy After Midnight by triptohere
Rachel decides to relieve some tension. This does not quite go to plan, and continues to be unexpected for some time after. Set just after Michael, and further chapters incorporate events up to and beyond On My Way.
This story starts one way (which I loved), and then pivoted and went a completely different direction after (which was unexpected, but still fun!). Primarily, this is a post-On My Way story - so all the fun that comes with Quinn's accident, recovery, and everyone dealing with their feelings in the face of life-or-death. It also features multiple points of view from all sorts of glee characters, but the author did well with it and was clearly having fun. I think they did a great job using the multiple points of view to weave the story together.
