蠻常被問到 土耳其的料理怎樣？ 接著...我看著詢問的人眼中閃爍著光芒（畢竟是三大美食之一吧？！）...一時之間實在不知道從何說起 然後我突然想起～我分享食物照片的機率之高 但好像都沒有分享土耳其料理的照片.... 在有一半的時間都在吃 buffet 的情況下 蠻難分享個所以然的 先來說土耳其烤肉吧 土耳其烤肉的作法之多～～他其實只是個統稱 旋轉烤肉也只是其中的一種而已 調味上基本都蠻夠味的 差別在這次烤出來的...會不會很柴（跟開復活節彩蛋一樣）所以有時候也會踩到雷 海鮮的部分 都蠻好吃的 尤其是烤魚～基本上零失敗 不管是buffet 還是套餐 開胃菜的部分....基本上都是稠狀物XDD 他們的各種醃菜其實蠻好吃的 蔬菜的部分...以生菜為主 熟的蔬菜 都煮得蠻徹底的 大概是寶寶副食品的軟爛度 湯～以濃湯為主 清湯比較少 但就是你想像得到的歐式湯品 甜食的部分....大多都是覺得會得糖尿病的甜度 飯、麵、麵包 都非常好吃！ 調味上味道都蠻重口味的 大概比平常吃外食的口味 再加重一點點 但到了第三天就麻木了 不用太擔心 多喝水就是了！ 另外 土耳其航空的餐 蠻好吃的～ #ikokorokyotrip #triptoturkey #ikokorokyo_eatinturkey #trip #旅行 #トルコ旅行 #with嬌嬌姐 #turkey #türkey #トルコ
