supernatural - so this is possibly a bit of a given gjfdsijoibtinoj but i actually do enjoy the overall experience of just. supernatural. like WOW, it's quite possible THEE show of all time. and like i KNOW it doesn't really rate well by modern (read like the past 5 years) standards but honestly i don't really like a lot of modern shows and maybe modern standards suck a little lol not that I'm advocating anyone trying to recreate supernatural right down to the "product of it's time" aspects gjfisdgifd
limitless (2015-2016) - ok I've talked about this show in public like a grand total of zero times, but it's JUST so good to me. the premise is like exactly what makes my brain go "YEAH", the execution is excellent and the characters are [chefs kiss]. i DID watch the movie but honestly, it's nothing compared to the tv show
stargate - i can't pick between sg-1 and atlantis so I'm just putting stargate jgifdsjig. stargate has definitely gots its own issues with a flawed premise but it's also just so fun and like i know i watched most of it in like 2017 all in one go because i wanted to write an essay for it for my freshman English class which is not that long ago but it literally makes me feel nostalgic?? i never really got into the fandom, but i feel like this show changed me and what i want out of television
forever (2014-2015) - ok i know i said that stargate changed me but FOREVER changed me the most. like . this show is good and interesting and deep and compelling. i love how it discusses immortality and how it talks about family. it's also the first time i was ever IN a fandom and i think that kinda set up how I've interacted w/ fandom ever since and i miss it
stonehenge apocalypse - ok i don't watch movies like at all but i feel like i needed one in here? and i DO think about this one a lot and it was a ton of fun, even if it suffers from the EXACT same flawed premise as stargate LMAO. but you also might notice. three of the main characters? are also actors (AND main characters) on supernatural, limitless, and stargate (atlantis)
