These Grilled Hawaiian Beef Kabobs are a perfect combination of savory and sweet flavors. Tender beef, juicy pineapple, and colorful vegetables are marinated in a delightful Hawaiian sauce, then grilled to perfection. A taste of the tropics in every bite!
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs 680g beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1 cup pineapple chunks. 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces. 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces. 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup pineapple juice. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, grated. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: Put pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl. To make the marinade, mix it well. Put the beef cubes in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again, and pour the marinade over them. Put the food in the fridge for at least an hour, or overnight for the best taste. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put the pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and marinated beef on the soaked wooden skewers one after the other. Before putting the kabobs on the grill, brush them with any marinade that is still left over. Turn the kabobs over every so often for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are soft and slightly charred. Take them off the grill and give them a minute or two to rest before you serve them. Get your Grilled Hawaiian Beef Kabobs ready to eat and enjoy!
