I think you should support vegans no matter their reason for veganism, and ome people simply cannot eat vegan all the time so different types of veganisms are good. Stop being so harsh on everyone, it's a bit upsetting to see.
Vegans are vegans all year, all day, not just as weekends of before 6pm. Please understand that I really don’t care how people transition, just don’t call yourself a vegan if you still consume animal products. Tell you’re on a plant base diet, that you’re vegetarian, but don’t mislead the meaning of veganism because this cause only that people continue making excuses to not change.
This is the same as saying you’re opposed to racism, but that you’re racist after 6 pm. It really don’t make sense.
And I really don’t care how upsetting could be for people, I’m just asking to respect the meaning of being a vegan, the same way a feminist will ask for respect for feminism, and so on.
Hi! I'm vegan and I want more facts on why people should go vegan (because my parents are not too fond of my choice of a lifestyle) and when I watch videos of hidden cameras in dairy farms etc, I got so emotional.. Hi! You have made a great decision girl, I am so happy for you! <3Turning into a vegan isn’t hard at all - there are lots of great vegan alternatives to animal products. If you mostly eat a diet of unprocessed foods and cook meals at home it’s easy to make sure that everything you eat is 100% plant based. When grocery shopping, always check labels for honey, gelatine, casein and other dairy products, red dyes (usually in candies) etc. since these are not vegan. Try your best to buy cosmetics from brands that don’t test on animals or use animal products. (I personally find this really hard sometimes). Don’t buy leather, wool, silk or fur.Eating wise my only tip is that you should make sure that you eat enough! I personally noticed that I have to eat around 2500-3000 calories a day to stay energized and healthy. Eat loads of veggies and fruits, nuts, seeds, beans and tofu and whole grains. Don’t worry about macros, you will get enough of everything by eating a varied diet.I don’t really have any recipes because I cook without them most of the time but you should check tobefre-ed and DeliciouslyElla, they have a lot of great recipes and meal ideas :-)

aerobe means oxygen is present to through cell respiration to create energy for e.g the muscles whereas anaerobe means theres no oxygen so less energy (like mjölksyra then when you stop it goes away eventually bc your muscles are breathing better)
