In a previous year's collab I'd been assigned the book 'Branch Line Engines' and had illustrated for every story but the final - I decided to rectify that 😁

Tankers and Trucks
Just realized I never showed my model of Mavis despite finishing her around January/February, so here she is!!
I don’t have a whole lot to say about her build process as she’s pretty much just a repainted 2001 Mavis with a new face. The photo itself was taken beside McLeod Lake (also known as Carson Lake), Alberta, otherwise known as the same place that old video of Peter Sam I made a while back was taken at.
I finished another model yesterday so I will probably post that in the coming days.

I’ve been curious, what exactly are troublesome trucks in this AU and how do they interact with the characters? (notably Thomas, Percy and Rosie as they are the youngest and with characters known to be good at handling them such as Edward or Salty)
They're kinda like otters and we raccoons but also like little gremlins
They bite, and scream
They take parts off of trains and trucks
They love Salty, he gives them treats and treats them well, they kinda fear Edward a little bit
