Clopin fans I want your opinion

So I was looking at a picture of Clopin today and I think I may have noticed something - though I may be incorrect.

I think he was born with FAS …. His nose is a bit higher than it should be, his lips are really thin, his philtrum is really smooth, he has a somewhat low nasal bridge, he has a small head (though that might be because he’s so thin it appears that way) His eyes are tiny in comparison to other characters, I say minor though because he doesn’t have the short nose, that thing is huge!

What do you guys think?
