They definitely would specially if said human would be those type of very adventurous and curious that gets in trouble a lot of times XD
Hundred percent!!!
The whole idea came from Miko Nakadai from Trp. She is a little gremlins (affectionately. Love her so much but she needs needs hit of a parent figure who, which Bulkhead fills quite good) who got in trouble far to often. I have a feeling that Bulkhead would hundred percent put her on the child leash if he could. Would save him so much headache then worry where she is. Of course at first she might not be to happy.
Arcee and Ratchet on other hand would love it verry much.
