Spoilers for The Eye of the Bedlam Bride
So I decided to at least post 2 of the card characters that appear in the hydra battle for my crawlersona group
I wanted to make cards that represent something for each member. These are the ones for cat and damien Vargas. They include their names and their description
TRUE CAT
“She is the original,the one before her is a fake. The original Cat died before the crawl began, a car crash. This fake cat was made by the show runners as a Guinea pig for stardom. Now she is reanimated to take her rightful title as the ‘real cat’ back”
Explanation: “true cat” is based on those old conspiracy theories that certain celebrities are clones or have been secretly replaced after they died. I think is an actual fan theory in universe so that’s why she was made. She’s basically used to make jokes about what the “real cat” is (monstrous and gross).
The Husk
“Her heart is emptied, her light has gone. Her dear boy has become a monster, so her grief has manifested her into one too. Her tears have poored so violently that her flesh has started to sag off her body. She’d do anything to have him in her arm once more…..so he can never leave again”
Expiation: so this card is based on Damien’s mother. His parents basically kicked Damien out when he was younger because he came out as bi. I feel like his mom does miss him and wants him back but in the wrong way. She wants him to come back and be her perfect boy again but that is just a false perception of him. So her weird mismatched grief has made her into a kind of monster.
