Mivvi - A Lovely Cornish Treat

Lyons Maid were the original producers of Mivvis (x) - a fruit ice outer shell with an icecream center. [Orange Maid came first, but it was never a Mivvi.]

The most popular Mivvi was the Cornish Strawberry Mivvi - a strawberry shell with Cornish icecream center. There was also a pineapple Mivvi ... paging @thepineapplering 

Lyons Maid was sold to Nestle in 1992, but Nestle has continued the Mivvi - with the tagline “Divinely Creamy”. (x) The innuendo just writes itself ... 

There’s another strawberry in Sherlock S4: the Strawb Fizz advert on the bus (x / y). This is in addition to the strawberry jam reference in The Great Game (S1E3). 

Fun strawberry facts (x) - (1) It is a symbol for Venus, the Goddess of Love, because of its heart shapes and red color. (2) It is associated with purity, passion, and healing. (3) In 1780, the first strawberry hybrid "Hudson" was developed in the United States. (4) The strawberry is part of the rose family.

Wild speculation - it would be nice if this were a tiny Easter egg for the lead up to something Devil’s Foot-related in S4. 

Near the end of TST, Vivian reveals that she bought a nice cottage in Cornwall with her profits from selling secrets. 

It pays to be a villainess in BBC Sherlock: Janine bought a Sussex cottage with bee hives,  and Sherlock won Leinster Gardens from the “Clarence House Cannibal”.

Cornwall by the sea ... I hope that figures in either the lighthouse from E2 setlock or Tenby scenes from E3 setlock. 

The Devil’s Foot is set in Cornwall, a case about a poison administered via combustion, and John acknowledging to Sherlock how much he means to him.
