would mimi have mandibles in general

that’s a good question!! i don’t think her default humanoid form would have prominent mandibles, but her true spider form would definitely have mandibles!!

i made a new design for her true form a few months ago and thought it would be a good time to share it as it was on topic! i had wanted to make her appear more like a spider, as well as more robotic!

true forms versus true feelings

I’ve been thinking about how Mimi and Nastasia both have these true forms (bat and robotic spider) and also about the true feelings they reveal to one another!! The second picture is of Nastasia taking care of her garden and Mimi watching in awe. 💙💚

Another two designs i got to nail down for an art collab back in that discord server- this time it’s mimi, both in her default gremlin form and her “true” form.

She is rather scruffy in both cases, though less coarse and more soft to the touch than one might think.

Heartache- Mimi is less concerned with looks and superficialities than the og in-game one, but she sure does think clothes are neat and fun to throw together. She even taught herself how to sew and has become rather good at it!

Now, true mimi is sort of inspired by the Mutos from the 2014 Godzilla movie, at least the rough body structure. It’s more mammal rather than actual spider-like? But i like how it ended up being.
