True Meets Blue
On this day 100 years ago, after two successful trial runs, Otto Messmer & Pat Sullivan's beloved frolicking feline became his own in "The Adventures of Felix".
Word limits cannot begin to rightfully acknowledge the legacy of Felix the Cat. As the first, true original cartoon & television hero, Felix defined the dawning art of animation. His simplistic yet effective design, plus carefree mischievous mannerisms inspired countless characters for decades to come; including corporate-consuming rodents & wascally wabbits. Happy Centenary, Felix!
Hmm. A short, wisecracking cartoon animal, primary coloured with wide eyes and cheeks, pot belly & large appendages, who travels around the world having wacky adventures with his most notable nemesis being an eccentric, robot-making scientist sporting a stocky build & big, bushy moustache? That sounds rather familiar.
Must've seen it in a cartoon sometime.

Die A True Original
I saw Morrissey on a reel on my Instagram. He was on stage and he was sharing how his friend, an animal rescuer, mainly foxes had died. She was really accomplished and famous. And Morrissey thinks that she’s such a wonderful woman. Morrissey’s friend inspires me so much. I think, in life, precisely like her, just follow your passion, what you truly love doing, what makes you happy. I wonder how many people out there just trying to become something glamorous, but it’s all man made, in their brain they just want to impress others but not really living their purpose in life and they’re not happy. I wonder how many people want to be portrayed by others by having the perfect family life, they seem happy, rich and famous, but they’re actually empty inside, unlike Morrissey’s friend. Little sis, don’t go through another day feeling unhappy and empty inside. Go, grab your compass of love and happiness, and just do what makes you happy, what you love so much, and fame and riches will follow you all the days of your life. I think Morrissey’s friend, above all, accomplished something that’s not mentioned anywhere, she was a true original.
Little sis, today, I’m back to my old self back in my 30s, I am just following my peculiarity, following my love and happiness compass and just do whatever I love so much and makes me so happy. I am going to get back with my blog, posting everything there. I’m going to grow you up, making everything for you, little sis, and make you so magnificent in God’s sight. I’m going to create songs with my guitar. I’m going to watch how people make papers in Japan, my current fascination lately. I’m going to search on YouTube about Coca Cola company, and watch my Emily in Paris. I know my life is so purposeful, and bearing so much fruit this way, little sis, because I’m a true original and living my purpose in life everyday. Please little sis, don’t scramble and struggle for fame and riches and get to the top by you’re 85 and realized that nobody's there at the end and you don’t know what happiness is, and don’t die a coward, become a true original like Morrissey’s friend. It’s not a coincidence that her profession is not a mainstream profession. But she followed her heart, little one, and that’s the only thing that matters for happiness in life. I love you, little sis, I’m wishing you happiness and love.
