“Well, here I am in San Myshuno, new city, new life.” Amorette said to herself as she looked at her new apartment. It wasn’t much, just a tiny 1 bedroom in the spice market, but Amorette had always been one for believing that things happened for a reason, even if they weren’t always as planed. For example, she had planned on becoming an amazing chef, and owning a restaurant and marrying her now ex-fiancé, Cole Simmons and having beautiful children with him. However, the night before their wedding Cole revealed that he didn’t ever want kids. In fact, he hated kids. On top of that he told her that he thought she was a terrible cook and that she’d never be a chef, let alone own her own restaurant. Amorette called off the wedding that very second and went to sleep on the couch downstairs. She couldn’t stay with Cole or even bear to live in the same town as him. She never wanted to see Cole Simmons again as long as she lived, even though the break up left her broken hearted. Early the next morning Amorette woke up early, packing only a few clothes and left for the city. Now here she was, she was going to prove Cole wrong. She was going to become the best cook and one day open her own restaurant and she wasn’t going to let anyone, especially a guy say that she couldn’t. Her life was her’s to live and hers alone.
