1. Jade challenged The Basketball Analogy fans to come up with a logo. I took on the challenge!
2. My original rough done with the Procreate app on an iPad Mini.
3. Imported the file into Photoshop to fix the T and Ding Bell.
4. I redid the logo on a Mac with PS pen tool. Textured background was done in Procreate and imported into PS.
5. To make the NBA Basketball reference more explicit. I made a basketball texture in Procreate.
6. Once I decIded to make the logo into a t-shirt, I simplified the colors by applying my basketball pattern into the red & blue elements.
7. Cleaned up curves and symmetry. Reduced design to 3 colors by using a Kyle Halftone Brush. DING!
