Aides to President Donald Trump say he plans no response to intelligence reports that American troops could be targeted due to Russian bounties. They claim he was not briefed when his administration knew of the suspected bounties, although it reportedly was in his written briefing, which he does not read. He is all over the plan to put a Black Lives Matter mural near the Trump Tower, however, calling it a “symbol of hate.” He is acutely focused on anything that impacts him, but ignorant on national security issues. His priorities are clear: Trump first, not America first. Vote accordingly in November, and be prepared for him to put himself first again and claim his defeat was due to voter fraud.
