Apparently I have this new gymnastics skill now? I did my FIRST EVER strict hspu last week...reallyyy surprised myself today!

6 strict pull-ups today! I know it's not much, but Coach wanted me to get 5 by September and I'm already repping out 5's consistently I'm so ecstatic and sooo motivated!
