I got some spray deo from Influenster. It’s Degree Motion Sense Dry Spray Antiperspirant. It’s fine. It smells fine. It works fine. But it’s annoying. To reapply you have to take your shirt off. And breathing in the deo fumes and product kinda freaks me out. I wouldn’t purchase it, but I’m glad I got to try it....

Product Review - Dove Dry Sprays from Influenster Vox Box

I received these at no charge from Infuenster.  They quickly dried after application and we both liked the scent.  My husband said his kept him dry, but that he didn’t like the weird feeling it gave his armpits when he showered the next morning.  In my case, it just didn’t work as well as the antiperspirant I usually.  I don’t think we will be purchasing this in the future.

I got my first Influenster Vox Box this weekend, which was very exciting. I got two cans of Dove dry deodorant, his and hers, and my husband and I have been having a lot of fun testing them out. I will say that the two of us have never done so many “smell checks” before in our lives, but luckily the experience has been positive so far. Definitely the best thing that I’ve gotten for free in a LONG time. 

Now, I was already using Dove stick antiperspirant, so I haven’t really noticed much of a change in my antiperspirant’s performance. The spray does seem more hygienic, which is nice. It’s a little more expensive than what I would usually go for, but if the bottle lasts 8 weeks like it claims then I would be tempted to buy another one.

The hubs usually uses Old Spice, and he says that he likes the scent of his spray. While the ‘perfume’ part of it doesn’t last as long as he would like, it’s definitely better at blocking odor from forming. As the person whose face gets shoved under his arm while we’re sleeping, trust me, the dry spray is doing its job. So while he’s feeling mixed at the moment, it’s got two big thumbs up from me, even if it IS a little more expensive than what I usually pay for a deodorant.
