So I talked to my psychiatrist and therapist about trying dry January, and I agreed with them that maybe this fist month should be a "damp" January. So for me I set the goal to stay completely sober at least five days a week for four weeks and not to drink alone. Now there's a ton of apps out there to keep track but (and this is sponsored because I'm a nobody) TryDry an EU based app is legit so good. Doesn't make you feel a huge amount of like accountability, more like gentle pushes and positivity. It's been one week and honestly it's been pretty good! Here's some screenshots from the app
