Although there was never a shortage of police patrolling the streets at night, it was Tali's favorite time to get things done, and when she was lucky it was also the safest. No one to see her, no one to interrupt her and if she stayed away from the cops, no one to cause her any problems. Tonight was a quiet one. Instead of working with others which she sometimes did for extra cash, she was on the lookout for anything suspicious at the home of yet another well known tie to NCIS. From what she'd heard, the former director Thomas Morrow had been causing NCIS and Tali's sister some problems. He was already one of her suspects but watching his home was uneventful, at least for the moment. A new car drove by every hour or so and each time Tali lowered her binoculars to prevent suspicion, but when she noticed a driver's car drive by a second time, she hid them completely under her seat and waited for confrontation.
