I love to do sit ups with a full extention and tap because it also gives a nice stretch in the hamstrings. This full workout is on the TDF Strong site along with over 100 more!!! Deadlifts. I was injured a few years ago powerlifting and to this day, they scare me just a little. I love the results from them, know they are an exercise that shouldn't be skipped, and I keep them in my Goal Digger routines in classes at TDF Studio...but if I'm being honest: they aren't my fave ;) Squats are my favorite! Just some close-up action of my #breakfast from this morning! Under those delish Golden Grahams and Sugar Cookie Fruity Pebbles is @tryabouttime Birthday Cake #protein mixed with almond milk! Okay guys, but for reals✋🏼 #tryabouttime is da real MVP here. Not only because they have absolutely fabulous products, but because they also happen to have an absolutely phenomenal crew and customer service!🙌🏼👌🏼 I recently won a giveaway which included an About Time t-shirt. But when we got home from Pennsylvania last night I opened the package from them to find not only the shirt, but also a tub of their Cake Batter Protein Powder!! I was beyond elated to receive it! Well it is #wcw aka #womencrushwednesday and mine of course is this girl @stinag35 ... We visit a lot of places and I had so much fun on the #trip I took out there.
