Special thank you to @sinnamonbani for helping me with the angel of Trydain’s back which I struggled with for a good solid hour. And @souzouwriter who cheered me on through the process even when I wanted to curl up and DIE.

My Youmacon Experience yesterday was literally time to look for @trydain and @skimcasual. That was the only plan I had for the con this year too since I had work everyday of the weekend but Saturday. So I just threw on a shirt and duffle-bag I got off of @elentori-art redbubble. Got there and started searching then eventually found Trydain.

Found Trydain by accident since I literally almost passed their both after good half hour of searching then saw the 707 print and was like wait a second… Stopped got a bookmark because I needed one or more because I’m a horrid person who reads multiple books at once. Trydain probably noticed my shirt bag because the next thing they told me was Elentori was there and she drove up at like five in the morning to make the con and I’m like what?! She tells me that Elentori was just at her both a minute ago and she advised her to get some sleep because well wow that’s a good while to be up. It was like five pm when I ran into Trydain.

So my friend and I continue around the dealers room after that I’m like in disbelief because one and I knew this from last year but Trydain is still amazing two Elentori was there like what?! I got stopped multiple times like hey nice shirt and bag you know Elentori is here. Where though? Somewhere in the atmosphere. Then I found Skimlines who was also still awesome. Got some comics and a Chrono Crusade print from her. I wanted to get one pf her mugs but I was like knowing me I’ll probably accidentally break it before I get out of here…

The rest of it was meeting up with friends and getting stopped because of my clothing like hey you know she’s here. After a point I was like well hopefully she’s having an awesome time and looking at Voltron stuff.

A-Kon 27 bound....

The adventure has commenced. Awaiting my flight to Dallas from Eglin Air Force Base to meet up for A-Kon. So far I’m expecting to meet @priestessofpie And maybe @simplyemotion I’ll be rooming at the Renaissance Dallas hotel with @gambitfairy and @trydain and Christine.

I will be assisting at the artist alley and will post our location when we get set up. Drop on by and say hello.

Apparently the Savage Worlds campaign that I play every Friday has been pretty motivating for me to draw again. Especially since the game story takes place in the year 2012. @trydain hooked me up with some new tools to try and i have some practice to do. 

Three doodles I did just screwing around to get a feel of Photoshop CS again.
