Did an hour and a half of #yoga and joined the #Zumba class for about 15 minutes. Also did some #kettlebellworkout and #dumbbellworkout. Don’t let my selfies fool you. Back in the gym after a one week break! Joined the #Zumba class and did a simple #yoga routine afterwards. First photo was taken after the hour-long Zumba class. It may not be obvious in the photo, but I was dripping with sweat! Just a quick 10-minute #workout. Needed to stretch and move around as my fears started creeping and crawling again. #Yoga has helped me fight a lot of negativity and scary thoughts.
