Siguro kung inakyat ko 'to nung mga panahong every month may 1 or 2 major climbs ako, baka na-bore ako gaya ng iniisip ng ilang kaibigan kong 'harkor' mountaineers. Dahil 4 na taon naman akong napahinga, na-enjoy ko naman. Magandang training climb. Ka-level ng Makiling Traverse (Sto. Tomas-LB). Buti umulan ng konti so mas naging challenging yung trail. If not, meh. I was hoping I’d burn more calories than I’d take in. Waley. Sabi nga ng guide, imposible daw kasi kain ako ng kain during the hike. Kalahati ng 10kg bag na bitbit ko, puro inumin at pagkain. Binigay ko na nga kay Kuya Oscar yung isang pack ng M&Ms. Pasalubong nya sa mga anak nya. At kumain pa ako ng bulalo at mushroom burger pagbaba. My appetite plus the fact na tumatanda na rin tayo at bumabagal ang metabolism.
