So a little off the beaten path here but I was super excited.

I have been long trying to get my weight under control but my life has turned into an un-ending series of chaos since the end of March. High School turned 18, the spring run off decided my basement was it’s new home so I had water in my basement every day for 45 days, then the contractor came in to clean it all up and do the demo for the very needed now renovation this summer, then High School had graduation party / celebration weekend, and so as part of the chaos of my life, I let my whole “eat smart, exercise strong” philosophy go to garbage.

But But But … I have dropped my body fat percentage anyway! :) Woo hoo me! I decided rather than worrying about the scale or the BMI calculation or any of those other “markers” I was going to use my fat percentage as a way to keep myself from going fun house mirror. I only dropped 3% but still I was pretty stoked.
