How To Play The Sims 2 in Windowed Mode and Tips.

This is my personal guide (The tutorial that worked for me) and some tips for better gameplay.
Mentioning i play on intel laptop with Windows 10, I have the sims 2 ultimate collection and i use those programs to work:
The No origin Sims2EP9.exe
The Graphics Rules Maker
The 4GB Patch Repair
The SCRIPTORIUM
So first of all we do not need the direct exe file of the main game but we need the shortcut.
1. Click the Start Menu
2. Select a category letter
3. In the alphabet list select the letter T
4. Find the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection shortcut and right click it
5. Go on More and then Open file location
6. Right Click The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection file and open properties
7. Go on Shortcut and in Target
8. In Target go to the very end of the command and put a space followed by -w After that click apply and then ok
9. You can now double click the shortcut and the game will open in windowed mode.
10. Switching Back to Full-Screen Mode: If you decide you want to play The Sims 2 in full-screen mode again, repeat the same steps as described above but delete -w from the shortcut's command line to revert back to the previous settings.
Some Tips that will help you for better gameplay:
We know that in The sims 2 in windowed mode the Edge scrolling is not working. So many of us don’t play in windowed mode because of that. But here’s a tip that can help you! Just hold right click and drag!
If you want the game to close but it does not respond (it used to do that in fullscreen mode and for me ALT+F4 is not working.) Just CTRL+ALT+DEL choose to logout from windows, then relogin. This will force close all the programs but not your pc.
