“The Three Great Beauties of Cortavia”
Though not housed in Sevedia, this celebrated painting belongs to the neighboring Cortavia, a proud kingdom just beyond Sevedia's borders. Depicted here are third cousins and great-great-granddaughters of King Alessandro De Fiorenzo I: Donna Cosima of House Roccaserra, Donna Bianca of House Sforza, and Donna Caterina of House Sanverdi. Renowned not only for their striking beauty but for the brilliance of their lineages as well, their reputation has reached even the courts of Sevedia. Haven’t posted in a while, so here’s another “painting” to share (Still really busy with university and clinicals). For some added context, Cortavia exists alongside Sevedia in my world (as a little subhood kingdom of its own), and I may introduce more of its glittering court very soon.
"A Little Nap"
This portrait depicts several young Sevedian noblewomen enjoying a restful afternoon in the drawing room. A certain lady’s dozing off has become the subject of amusement among her companions. (I'm having so much fun making pretend paintings of my sims lol, it definitely helps when you're starting to get burned out. It does take alot of time and posebox-mix-and-matching but it's part of the fun lol)
The House of Stanton:
Meet the newest family to arrive in Viremont City, Sevedia! Viscount Philip Stanton has brought his household from their countryside estate to the capital in anticipation of the Summer Season Ball. At his side are his elegant wife, Viscountess Grace, and their two daughters, the elder Lady Julia, strong-willed and never shy to speak her mind, and the younger Lady Jane, whose quiet reserve and gentle manner conceal a thoughtful spirit. Blessed with beauty and considerable fortune, the arrival of the Stanton sisters has set the ton buzzing with speculation over who might win their favor. Yet amid the excitement lingers a quieter question… with no male heir, will the Stanton name one day fade into history?
The Mother of Sevedia
Queen Franceska of Sevedia stands as a bridge between old empires and new kingdoms. Born a princess of the Vayserrian royal house of Vassiere-Beauvais, she is the youngest granddaughter of Queen Victoria of Vayserria, carrying the legacy of Queen Josephine the great in her blood. Her marriage to King Anthony I of House Aragon begins as diplomacy and later on becomes a genuine love match. Through Franceska, Sevedia gains legitimacy among older powers and through Sevedia, she wears a crown still being shaped. She does not rule in her own name, but becomes something just as enduring, the mother of a young nation defining itself. As queen, Franceska is known for quiet influence, deep maternal devotion, and a steady presence among Sevedia’s great houses. Her Vayserrian refinement softens into Sevedian warmth, and she is remembered, above all, as the Mother of Sevedia. hi guys! I am alive 😭 just a short post about my favorite sim ever, Queen Franceska of Sevedia. I haven’t been posting much because I’m deep into my second semester of my third year of nursing school and trying to balance classes with hospital clinical rotations (it’s tough out here).
"The House of Aragon"
Commissioned shortly after the grand wedding of Crown Prince Anthony and Lady Bianca of House Zummermill, this majestic painting captures the full entirety of the Sevedian royal family, united in celebration and legacy. From left to right: young Prince Caspian, son of Princess Charlotte and Lord Peter Zummermill; Princess Anastasia, daughter of the late Princess Cassandra and Lord George Blackstone; Their Majesties King Anthony and Queen Franceska, seated with dignified grace; Princess Eloise, ever the steady presence, stands behind them. At the center, the newlyweds, Crown Prince Anthony and Lady Bianca. Standing beside them are Princess Charlotte and her husband, Lord Peter Zummermill (Who is also a proud sibling of the bride). Then follows Princess Daphne and her husband Lord Marco Silverstone, heir to the Silverstone Duchy, accompanied by their charming twins, Prince Henry and Princess Henriette. A portrait not merely of people, but of a dynasty, poised on the cusp of a new era.
I absolutely adore this ginger father-and-daughter duo! They’re just too precious... must be protected at all costs, haha!
The mystery is solved! The enchanting visitor is none other than Lady Alice Ravenwood, a distant relative of Duchess Alicia’s maiden house. Captivated by her remarkable musical talents, the Duchess has chosen to sponsor her debut into society. Yet society whispers of plans more ambitious still, that this budding songbird may soon be matched to none other than Lord Victor, the Blackstones’ newly appointed heir.
