So, I've got this ghost problem and I don't know what to do.

One of the soldier's wives went into labour. She then stayed like that indefinitely and would not pop the kid out. Tried to do reset, reset everything etc, but all she would do was stand there yelling about the contractions.

Got my doc to "Take to Hospital" and he stayed there with her for 12 sim hours in the rabbithole, like, he was exhausted.

I thought, right ok. Let's be REAL. This is the 1490's, pregnancy was a very dangerous thing to undertake, and this poor woman has not made it through.

Nraas>Force Kill. I picked "Dehydrated" as the reason considering the options I had.

Then, I forgot all about her.

Last night, I used Nraas to see how many sims in town were Preggo - and it said 5, including this woman, who did not look like a ghost in the thumbnail. I thought "Oh she's bugged somewhere?" so I added her to my household and she appeared as a ghost with the urnstone in her inventory.

OK, what now? She's still TRYING TO GIVE BIRTH!!! And all the sims around her go into "Baby is coming" mode.

So I enabled phones to kick her out of my house and thought she can just exist as a homeless ghost (Cos I felt sorry for her) but the issue is when she's floating around (between contractions) all sims who pass her stop in their tracks and panic that she's giving birth. She is not.

As a playable sim she can do anything a ghost could, but when she's idle or standing still she goes into labour.

I think it's epic and I do want to keep her because it's just too damn funny of a bug, but I don't think I will cos it's too annoying that everyone stops to react.

Hmmm, maybe typing this out has solved this issue???

I just need to alter the reactions to pregnancy with Retuner!

GIRL DOLL DRESSED

This doll is the reason we don't have in The Sims 4 an exchange like the one we used to have in Ts3: this doll messed up a lot of games, after being downloaded automatically from players that had their game files been infected.

People believe the doll contains a virus, because of the fact she is really difficult to delete and spreads very easily from content uploader simmer to downloader simmer.

Sims 3 glitches are the stuff of nightmares, seriously. Today, one of the herbalists’ cats got confused and mistook himself for a human sim. Why.

When I finally started pressing ‘play’ again, I promptly got a notification that Canyon had caught a ‘Plasma Bug’. I’d never seen one before. They’re rated ‘extraordinarily rare’ and worth over 3k.

WA Bug

in my LEPacy I’m to the point where I’m traveling but... for some reason when I travel, I can’t click on other sims?/ when I go back home everything is fine, it’s just when I’m traveling and I really don’t want to give up on this save, does anyone have any ideas??

I can’t even talk to WA locals in a brand new save file :) so it’s not just my save that’s borked, it’s my game re: WA. And I have all the nraas mods, I’ve fixed it through origin, deleted files, etc etc etc so I’m not even sure what to do except completely uninstall and then reinstall everything. :|

Stuck in buy mode?

Did that ever happen to you? Like, you’re in buy mode and click on live mode and it goes like on the above pic: the wheel starts a neverending spin and part of the UI becomes sort of transparent. That seems to happen when I switch too fast from buy to live mode, generally after having already played for some time. I have then no choice but to force quit (and lose everything that was not saved).

It’s one of those recurring bugs that I’ve kind of learned to live with, but I was wondering... maybe there’s an easy solution I’ve never thought about? Before anyone asks, pressing F1/2/3/etc to go back to live mode doesn’t work. The game is just frozen.

My guess is that it’s CC and that at some point, my game can’t take the burden anymore, especially if I go back and forth between buy and live modes.

Just throwing this out there ‘cause maybe you smart people know better than me.

Help needed

I am having issues with my launcher. I am trying to go through installed items and delete the things I don’t want anymore. But when I scroll down to a certain point, the launcher stops working and quits. It’s been doing this for months... I’m guessing it is a bad CC causing it. But I have NO idea on how to go about fixing it. Does anyone else?
