A SIMS 3 SHELL CHALLENGE 🏠

○ built in Sunlit Tides at End of the Road [changed from a community lot to residential] ○ 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms ○ built with a parent(s) and older teenager in mind ○ plenty of outdoor entertaining space right on the beach ○ downstairs bonus space and open plan office ○ cc free [but uses a heck of a lot of store content]

Ts3 Speed build - Attempting my own Shell Challenge

So after creating a shell challenge a few months ago I decided it was only fair to attempt it myself and you know what.... This has to be one of my all time favourite builds. If you like modern style then you will like this! You can find the video and download link here. No cc and very minimal store content if any used.
