Description:

This home is built as a psuedo replica for the Son Home in Dragon Ball Z. It isn't exact. I cannot make a fully domed room. I can dome the roof though! It is designed with base game, get together, and laundry day stuff. Much of the furniture is quite cheap, but the Son's are notoriously poor. Designed with 4 bedrooms. I get mixed messages from the show on if Gohan and Goten shared a room or not. In this build they have separate rooms. One designed for a bookish child and one designed for a toddler. We then have the parents room and a spare room for when guests like the Ox King come to visit. I also squeezed in 1.5 bathrooms. Full garden in the back to help feed those hungry boys as well!

Also included: one shrine to grandpa Gohan.

Description:

About the time I began landscaping, it occurred to me that I really could have used a bigger lot for this build. Good news for those who download, YOU can always place it on a bigger lot and give Capsule Corp the backyard it deserves!

Anywho. This build is my Sims 4 replica of Capsule Corporation from Dragon Ball z and Dragon Ball Super. It is a rough approximation and I'm sure the interior is nothing like the cartoon. However! It is entirely playtested and playable! This build comes equipped with five bedrooms and bathrooms. I also built the workout room in a separate building, as that is as close as my Vegeta is going to get to having a Gravity Room. There is of course a full science lab in the basement which includes a robotics station. Also, ready made robots come included in your build, built by Sim Bulma herself. The front quarter of the build is dedicated to the office headquarters of Capsule Corporation. In the anime, if not the game, it is a business.

I had a lot of fun both building and playtesting this lot. With a  toddler too! I hope you all have as much fun with it.

Description:

I convinced myself it would be a great plan to build the awful pink mansion that Gohan and Videl live in is Dragon Ball Super. I have no idea why Mr. Satan bought them a pink mansion. I have no idea why it has so many figgin windows. Worst, I have no idea why I decided it would be a great Sims 4 build. It is not. This is not an exact replica, and the interior has no basis in whatever interior we were given in DBS. It is, however, furnished an playable.

This build is furnished with the exception of four empty rooms in the basement. My Gohan is a scientist and he needed science lairs. Other may want a butler's bedroom. The space is available. Furnished with a toddler room and a massive toddler and kid playroom because Pan is a spoiled princess and I play her that way. There is one master bedroom with wardrobe and restroom. Three rooms furnished with double beds, because if you have this much money, even kids get double beds.

Top floor of the tower is a big book encased office. Gohan needs all of the bookcases.

I tried to make Buu and Mr. Satan from random content in my game that was not actually designed for them. I’m laughing. These are on the “Never sharing” list. They can create some havok in my game though. Needed a Mr. Satan superstar.
