Today’s Lesson: Posing coupled Sims outside of a buildable lot aka when you are unable to use a teleporter statue

Uses: - MCCC

So I am no expert by any means on mods in the community and tbh, I don’t even know half the stuff MCCC can do for your game. I am always learning and open to learning more. But I helped someone with this today and thought it might be helpful for someone else. One thing I use all the time in MCCC is the teleport function. It allows you place two sims on top of each other in any location so you do not need a teleporter statue. 

Tip: This will not work with objects such as couches, benches, or anything a sim can normally interact with. It will work with pose accessories however. 

To Start:

Have one sim standing where you want them to be. Click on them and open up the MC Command Sim menu like so: 

As highlighted above you want to click Sim Commands...

Next: It will open the Sim commands menu and you want to click on Teleport Commands like so: 

Next:  You will see the Teleport Commands menu

From here you have a few options. 

Teleport Lot Sim - If the secondary sim is already on the lot or in the same area as your first sim, this is the one you choose.  Teleport World Sim - If the secondary sim is at home or on another lot, you can use them to instantly teleport them to the lot you are on right now  Teleport This Sim to World Sim - Don’t use this, you’ll only get confused. Just use the first two as needed.

Next: Once you choose a menu will pop up with all the sims you are able to select: 

Select the sim you want and Ta-Da:

Both sims are in one spot and are able to be posed in couples poses on an uneditable lot so you can get beautiful screenshots such as:

does anyone else who plays ts4 have a problem with sims who are romantically/sexually compatible rejecting advances and saying they're not compatible? I play with mods and mccc, I'm not sure if this is a mod issue or a game issue. the mods I have that I think may be affecting this are rpo, lumpinou's lgbtq mod, and maybe mccc. but I've already scoured through global settings on all of those and can't find anything alarming

Losing my shit on xmas eve

You'd think this post was about family, or food or maybe even driving? No, its sims related. Booted up my game and went to play my largest household of 9 and to my horror one sim is gone. My servo's wife has been deleted, no memories of her or anything. I used mccc to up the family limit obviously, and I have no idea whats wrong or how to fix it. I'm trying to accept that she's just ...gone. But its hard. Can someone please help me figure out how to prevent this in the future? I did some searching and found that if you edit sims in cas after extending the household size that it'll cull the extra sims but I swear she was there after I'd done that. Idk what to do, and Turbo's server is offline for help until at least Tuesday.
