I got carried away with the Dream Home Decorator pack this weekend, and re-built Tidal Tower.

Sleeps around 9 sims, including a couple. Has a gym, a cafeteria, and a small lab space for working on tech projects. Some quaint rooftop space for lounging and/or kegging after a long day of studying. (Be careful! Don't fall off the roof!)

I've been building a lot recently, and people seemed to like the Tidal Tower reno, so I figured I'd share some other stuff, too. This is a gaudy, excessively "luxurious" apartment I built for Mimi and Malcolm Sr. Landgraab. Any resemblance to anyone's tacky real-life high-rise apartment is purely coincidence. :P
A dinosaur skull and literal gold bars on a pedestal in the entryway, because of course the Landgraabs would.
Right off of the dining room is the kitchen, with some informal dining areas for the butler and other staff. There's a small butler's pantry with some extra appliances, a wine-rack, and washer/dryer. Then off of the butler's pantry, there's a small room for the butler.
Upstairs, we get a lofted living area, with a nice view of the rest of the apartment (and the cityscape in the background). Everything that can be gold is gold... because... of course it is.
Malcolm's room. He doesn't need a bed because he typically sleeps either in his futuristic sleeping pod or does his power naps inside of a pile of money.
Mimi's room. Somewhere between preppy and punk (okay, maybe mostly punk), her room is a completely different style compared to the rest of the house. I figure she got free reign to do whatever she wanted with the space, and probably has the whole thing re-decorated at least once a year.
Some nice space for entertaining guests or just having a nice BBQ on the balcony.
Maybe worth noting: in my game, Dudley moved out to hang in Oasis Springs with his cousin, Johnny Zest, so he doesn't have a room in this place. There is a (small) guest room, though, that you could redecorate for him if he's living here in your save.
