Chuck bass does have some pretty good uphill character development but it feels very unfulfilled when he ends up with Blair. Again.

Feels a bit disrespectful to his development. He is trash that belongs in jail but aside from that he has a lot of toxic history with basically every character in the show.

the real reason s2 of gossip girl is its best is the sheer number of times we got to see dan and vanessa just hanging out and gossiping.
