Lot Download: South Swampton MoMA

I made this Museum for my story — thus the name (also it has some rooms that make no sense in gameplay). Since I initially made this for myself, I used packs and CC freely. I have replaced some CC with game items but some is still needed (the list down below).

The lot is briefly play tested. The bar doesn’t have staff (because it’s a museum lot?) but you can hire a mixocologist.

Feel free to rename or edit the lot in other ways :)

I was asked if I could upload the summer cottage lot I created for my Speak your language day posts. And here you go!

Note that I built the lot to take pictures – not to play! So some objects may be unusable as is, etc. I haven’t really playtested 😅 Also some essential items like shower are missing so... have fun with the authentic summer cottage experience™ lol

No CC needed for this lot! Just like the last house I shared, this was built a magical family in mind (and why is that, I don’t even play spellcaster sims lol). The house can be placed on any 20x30 lot (with the entrance on a shorter side) or a bigger lot if you want a bigger garden. I would love to see your edits so don’t hesitate to tag me :)

There are many packs listed but the most essential ones are Strangerville and Realm of Magic. Remember to use MoveObjects cheat before placing the lot! Happy simming everybody! ♥

Two versions available: one with CC and one without. The difference? Not that big but the “no CC version” looks a little clumsier in some parts (Maxis window sets just doesn’t have enough variation :-/ ) Neither is furnished! Turn on Moveobjects cheat before placing the lot.

(I forgot to place the mailbox correctly, so it's probably inside the house. Sorry!)

No CC needed for this lot! The house was built with a family of spellcasters in mind but any kind of family is welcome to move in. It’s quite a big house and the hobby rooms upstairs can be converted into bedrooms if needed. The house takes most of the space of 20x30 lot so if you’d like your sims to have a proper garden, place the house on some bigger lot. There are many packs listed but the most essential ones are Strangerville, Vampires, and Realm of Magic.
