Sorry chat I'm still Big Nexus defender, like I'm happy to give Sun sympathy he does deserve it but my god.
They locked him in a cage before anything else. Sun personally disowned him and gave the orders to shock him to unconsciousness if he tries escaping in the same episode. and on top of that, still in the same episode, Nexus states fully and flat that the isolation and hallucinations he's having are going to drive him crazy.
Guys I can'tttttt disavow Nexus after that injustice, guy was put in the exact conditions to drive him insane and even acknowledged it himself.
And then in the GOODBYE Nexus episode, Sun tries to apologize and proceeds to
1. Say he always wanted Nexus to still be his brother/family.
2. Say he never wanted to hurt Nexus.
3. Flat out calls Nexus 'Moon'. Again. As Always.
Look Suns been through so much, he doesn't deserve to be on every villains hit-list as much as he has been. I respect him and do enjoy his character. But my brother in christ even when you take the blame you shrug off like 80% of the shit that happened and STILL deadname the guy you're trying to apologize to. Again.
Despite not publicly posting TSAMS stuff in a hot second, I found this in my drafts and had a small spark of inspiration! This is a Nexus Arc Fix-It Fic, but keep in mind it does have an agere-based plot.
The second chapters of both of my agere fics, Baby Days (DCA) and Downy Dawn (TSAMS), have been uploaded!

Wasn't Going to Post Much SAMS Content but Best Boy is Getting More Attention in Canon!!
Actually so cruel that Solar never got to celebrate crimis with either of his units. Like looking at the holiday videos he looks so clearly like an offshoot instead of being interwoven.
I can't be the only one to notice how they pair up in trios, right? It's always 'Sun, Moon, Dazzle' and 'Monty, Earth, Lunar' and Solar.
Solar HAS trios he's apart of tho, he had 'Solar, His Sun, His Moon' and he's had 'Solar, New Moon, Jack'. But, he's never really been allowed to keep everyone together? Something always breaks or goes missing, or more accurately, both.
Holy Shit..
Props to the voice actors for making that as gut-wrenching as it was. Never thought I'd be crying over a VRChat show.
Fuck man, hearing Sun and Moon cry. The fear in Solars voice. The fact that even if Solar did survive he'd be in a coma just like his Sun had been.
I need a minute, I think.
